Return Conditions: You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been used, keeps the original packaging and intact labels. Any damaged, contaminated or used products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Customized Products: Customized or personalized products (such as engraved or specially designed backpacks) do not support returns or exchanges unless the product itself has a manufacturing defect.
